Colonel Robert Cabana, USMC (retired) and current Director of the John F. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral joined the Economic Club of Minnesota luncheon on Wednesday, November 6th. All of us were struck by how Mr. Cabana creatively utilized the existing infrastructure to advance space exploration by recruiting and signing more than 90 commercial companies, academic institutions, and government entities to use agreements. The audience listened to him with rapt attention.
